25 miles per week, neutral pronator, high arches- Overall

Had to recover from a minor knee injury, too far too fast too soon, and switched to the Nike Winflo 4 and the cushioning has been a lifesaver as I transitioned from ellipical to the treadmill to the track. I love the way the shoe feels, the comfort and cushioning.
