    I consider myself as a slow runner above 5min/km. While this shoe was advertised for fast runners I can feelnit much more comfortable than the other Kiprun designed for the long runs. It holds my feet perfectly and very comfortable. I am using it since 120kms and has no real problems with it. My fingers used to be wriggling in the shoes so crazily my older shoes have holes as the top part worn out after a couple of use. This holds still and looks like almost a new one. The only thing I dont like is a strange noise from the right one (“slicka-slicka”) since the two last runs. I hope it will cease and I will be able to run quietly again.

    I took a gamble on purchasing the Kalenji Kiprun Fast, but bhoy has it paid off! Very comfortable and I feel fast in them, but much cheaper and more durable than any other shoes I've tried before. The sizing is very honest too -I can stick to my usual size of 8.5UK Size, whereas I often need to go up a size to accommodate having fairly wide feet.
