I have been a runner for 30 years and this show has been a game changer for me. Hands down the best shoe I have ever ran in. I typically wear a neutral shoe and this shoe has the slightest bit of stability and the rest neutral. Cushioning is amazing and great for long runs but I still feel like I could race a 5k in these too.
