The best part of the boost is it's sleek design and form fitting toe box. Even for a semi-wide foot the upper stretches just enough to give it more room and still be a snug fit.

Got my running form track. It really pushes me to keep a good posture and they're super fast. Versatile as well. Asphalt, good for easy trails and not too technical courses, track.

I have been running in the Boston's for a very long time (10 years?). It has a smooth roll from mid-foot to toe off and is light and fast. A durable shoe that is just pure power!

The Adidas Boost Boston is fairly lightweight with very comfortable soft cushioning. The energy return is excellent and is versatile enough for tempo runs, track workouts and longer races. My only complain is the heel drop is pretty high (12mm) so sometimes the heel feels like it drags at slower speeds. The traction is good in various conditions.

The Boston Boost is a great everyday trainer for someone looking for a lightweight shoe. The Boost allows for the shoe to be soft but also responsive. I found that it held up for over 500 miles for me and still felt good. It was a shoe that could be used for everyday training but also for faster running as well with the weight and responsiveness holding up very well with the demands of faster running.

Great structure, but I was used to super cushioned Hoka's so I injured my ankle after a month and a half with them. Probably shouldn't be used for lots of mileage, but great for tempos/faster stuff.

Picked up the shoe as a lightweight trainer to be used for anything from easy and long runs as well sa some workouts. Boost foam holds up well and outsole seems pretty durable. Current pair has about 650km/400mi on them and outsole is showing a bit of wear but still holding up. Shoe is comfortable and cushioned enough but feels light enough for anything from slow to fast. Also relatively good price point and can often be found on sale.
