Tilburg is known for its fast times as it is where Haile Gebrselassie set the 10 mile world record, Tirunesh Dibaba ran 30:30 in 2013, and last year Betsy Saina ran a 30:46 world leader.

Flanagan is coming off her 6th place finish at Worlds.
