Most of our visitors are either from the US or UK. On television, most of the action is presented on tape delay on NBC but US visitors can watch all of the track and field action live on NBCOlympics.com here.
UK visitors or US visitors with a British Virtual Private Network (VPN) have it better as they can watch it live or immediately on tape delay on the BBC plus the BBC action includes their 'A' commentators during the day. The BBC feed is amazing because it includes a way to rewind and fast forward to the actual even you want. You just click on a button at the bottom of the stream in case you missed a particular event.
