The fourth edition of LetsRun.com's new internet radio show "Training Talk" (or Training Talk Thursdays) will take place tonight at 9 pm EST. The featured guest will be LetsRun.com co-founder Weldon Johnson ("Wejo").

Weldon will share insight on how he made the incredible transformation from a college walk-on to a world championship team member and near Olympian as someone who twice was 4th in the US in the 10,000 meters.

How do you go from being a guy who had never broken 5:00 in the 1600 until his senior year of high school to a 4:25ish/9:35ish HS guy? How do you go from being a college walk on and mediocre college runner (never higher than 5th in the 10k in the Ivy League; never top 30 in Ivy League xc; a non-scorer in his 5th year at UT (that's University of Texas to everyone in Tennessee) when he ran 30:13) to a 28:06 4th at USAs performer roughly 5 years later?
