Highlights on Monday were Olympic 1500m champ Nancy Langat winning the 800m in 2:00.01 to get her second Gold medal of the Games, Richard Mateelong led a Kenyan sweep in the steeple ahead of Olympic gold medallists Ezekiel Kemboi and Brimin Kipruto, and Moses Kipsiro of Uganda winning the 10,000m to go along with his 5,000m title.
