The US Men's Team (Meb Keflezighi, Abdi Abdirahman, and Alan Culpepper) captured the team title over Kenya 19-21, thanks to Meb Keflezighi's 2nd place finish, Abdi Abdirahman and Alan Culpepper hanging tough in the windy and sunny conditions, and pre-race favorite Benjamin Maiyo of Kenya fading to finish 14th.
