Sifan Hassan Runs 29:06.82, Smashes 10,000 World Record at FBK Games
Running on the same track where Haile Gebrselassie and Kenenisa Bekele set their WRs, Sifan Hassan added her name to the legends of the sport by smashing the women’s 10,000-meter world record by running 29:06.82 on Sunday afternoon at the Fanny Blankers-Koen Games.
