Lightweight, decent daily trainer, though come alive when upping the pace. I use them mainly for speed work or shorter easy runs. They feel good then. Longer runs beyond 10k and my forefoot starts to hurt in them. Mind I feel they are rather wide and large and half a size smaller would probably help me to enjoy them even more.
Best shoe in the business bar none
Running in the kinvara 10s feels fast, light, and snappy for faster paced runs with just enough cushioning for slower easy runs
These shoes are great for long-distance runs and track workouts alike. They feel good on the feet, and they look good, too. They are light, but the cushion is there. My only complaint is that they seemed to wear out a little more quickly than other shoes. I like to put 350 to 400 miles on every pair, and these felt like they needed to be replaced at around 300. Still, great shoes, and when they needed to be replaced I bought another pair.
I always enjoy running in the saucony kinvara even though it sometimes changes from light responsive racer to cushioned trainer. It fits my foot well which is nice because I have a lower volume foot.
I've had the kinvara 7 and 9 before this. I've always had problems with the shoes ripping around the edges and top of the toe box the changes they made to this fixed this problem for me, one change that didn't really affect me was the two extra pads on the heel cuff which causes achillies problems in some people. This model seemed to wear out a bit more than the kinvara 9s which my current model as over 700 miles on them and need to be replaced soon where the k10s are at mid 500.
I wore my first pair of 10s and got about 600 miles out of them before I had to call it quits on them. Did everything from road races to 18ish mile long runs. Great if you’re a midfoot forefoot striker. The one thing I dislike is that after 500 they broke down super quick. I got just under 1000 in the 8s which are my favorite Kinvara but these over all are pretty damn solid.
The kinveras have been the most dependable marathon racer from the first time I wore the shoe to now! I have raced in these shoes since 2014 through 2019 and they have never let me down. I wore the old glory kinveras for my last two marathons in 2019, where I broke 3 hours again and then went on to win a marathon in September 2019 on a hilly course. These shoes continued to support my legs and feet without any problems or injuries through a few races and months of training. Well done Saucony! I cannot wait to see what 2020 has in store!
I really like the Kinvara, the version 10 in the 6th or 7th version of the shoe that i have bought
The shoe was good, very comfortable. I did develop some form of runner's knee while wearing the shoe, although it was not do to quality of shoe.
