I want to give this a 10 but had some resulting issues with plantar fasciitis. The ride is fabulous; extremely comfortable and cushioned. Have heard the Zoom Fly 3 has less drop but the new upper is awful so I'm passing on them.

The Zoom Fly Flyknit is a great running shoe for anyone who wants to explore the world of full-length carbon fiber plate running. The sole offers a great energy return on each stride making this a great training shoe for longer tempo and interval workouts and also a fantastic road racing/marathon shoe. It is not a great shoe for trail/mud running or running on rainy days because of the minimal treads on bottom that raise the risk of slipping. This shoe is built around the sole and does not offer much upper foot support since it is thin mesh. That makes the shoe really light but becomes an issue for people with weak ankles or a tendency to roll their foot on uneven terrain. Overall a great, fast shoe for hard, flat surfaces!

When I first got this shoe I hated it, but after like 3 runs I realized that it was amazing. It is a great shoe for workouts. Only downside I think would be the flyknit upper. I only have 200 miles on the shoes now but I assume that the upper won't last as long because it is flyknit.

A very good shoe, feels amazing to run in and gives you a spring in your step. Unfortunately doesn't wear well as I've done ~150/200 miles and they're dead already. Everything apart from the durability has been great !

This shoe is impressive when running in straight lines on pavement, beyond that it lacks adaptability. For instance, because of its height and cushioning, it lacks responsiveness when going at high speeds on turns. In addition, it lacks turn over speed capability (i.e. its hard to accelerate in, even on pavement). Furthermore, the shoe wears quickly. After running tens of miles, the sole was visibly broken down and worn.

On the plus side it is fast. The foam in the shoe allows for reduced stress when landing, aiding with efficiency. This is especially true on long steady runs. I would recommend this shoe for training/racing in marathons. Particularly, marathons that are not very technical in nature.

This shoe bridges the gap between the 4% and typical Nike trainers. It has great cushion. Feels like the 4% and the flyknit melts into your foot

I love these shoes, especially during faster long runs or track workouts. They feel really fast, and I just ordered my second pair after my first pair broke down. I only had 255 miles on them but the entire bottom of the shoe is gone on one side where you can even touch the carbon fiber plate. This might have been my own fault because I went on a trailrun with them, but I still did not expect this. They feel a little stiff when running slow, like during a cool down, so I wouldn't recommend doing your easy runs in them. Overall they are a great shoe, which I would recommend mostly for track workouts.

Fast, light weight, carbon plate. Could be better colors. Last about 300-400 miles. Suprisingly good on trail climbing, but not downhills

I've got my personal best running a half-marathon 1:22:35 and also marathon 3:06:36 wearing this shoe. The combinations between React midsole and carbon fiber plate worked very good to me. I could handle a hard pace while racing long distance and could finish half and full marathon not felling so damaged muscles.
