While the price is hefty you get what you pay for. The zoom fly 6 can go easy paces, workout paces from tempo to 800 repeats and hard long runs. The shoe can also be used for a race if needed although the weight might hold you back a bit. Overall the most responsive and comfy shoe i've ever ran in.

Great trainer if you're averaging quicker paces.

versatile shoe with a bit of race foam, but wouldnt call it a super trainer. Too heavy, not snappy and medium responsiveness. Good for anything from easy runs to light tempos and long runs
