This shoe feels great right the bat! It’s comfortable, lightweight and well cushioned while offering a low 4mm offset. They feel amazing on the road and paths of dirt or cinder. The worst part of the shoes are the color options on the latest model. A pebble occasionally might get caught in the space in the bottom of shoe which is a slight design flaw, but they’re easy to get out.

Very basic neutral shoe - no bells and whistles, but comfortable and smooth. Love the low drop and big toe box. My pairs get pretty beat up but I still get plenty of miles out of them.

After starting xc in 7th grade I used a pair of brooks PureFlow 4s. I continued with the PureFlow line through high school until I the 7th edition of these shoes came out. I had really liked all of these shoes until this pair. The upper had no panels and was almost stretchy. The shoe wore down quickly and became uncomfortable. Rocks and mulch were constantly getting stuck in the treads. I hope the next pair is more true to the previous versions.

Love this shoe, but after some arduous runs the toe box fabric has broken down. Sad to see this happen.

this shoe is just too firm for me and even after 150 miles hasn't softened at all. not enough cushioning or road feel either, very disappointed
