Marco Langon SHARES ALL With LetsRun.com:  ”I want to be an Olympic champion”

Villanova’s 13:14 man Marco Langon GRABBED our attention at NCAA Indoors when he boldly went for broke and took the lead with a km to go and held it until the bell before fading to 6th. Then he gave an all-time EPIC post-race interview. We weren’t the only ones impressed as he just signed Diadora’s first NIL deal with an NCAA track athlete.

Langon was the perfect athlete for them to sign as their US headquarters are in Philly. The deal will come in handy as unlike a lot of college athletes – Langon has real financial responsibilities – namely paying his mom’s mortgage.

Less than two weeks after NCAAs, Langon ran the #2 time in NCAA 1500m history and this week he’ll be running for Villanova at Penn Relays.

We caught up with Langon for an extensive chat on Tuesday night that did not disappoint. That chat is now out at as the newest episode of the LetsRun.com Track Talk Podcast.
