The 2022 Boston Marathon marks the return of the marathon to Patriots Day.
To track runners for Monday’s 2022 Boston Marathon, you have several options.

With the London Marathon postponed until the fall this may be the strongest men’s and women’s field in the modern era of marathoning. We preview the men’s race here and women’s race here.
Start times
The first wheelchair race goes off at 9:02 am eastern, the professional men start at 9:37 am eastern, the professional women at 9:45 am eastern. This could be a record-breaking year so expect the men to finish around 11:40 am eastern and the women around 12:04 pm.
