The 2016 Indoor British Championships will take place this weekend at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield. The meet will also double as Great Britain & Northern Ireland’s trials for next month’s World Indoor Championships in Portland. If the winner at the British Championships has met the British Athletics standard for the World Champs (identical to IAAF standard except for men’s and women’s 60, 60 hurdles and women’s 400), they will be automatically selected for Worlds. The other spots are up to the discretion of the selectors.

The meet will be broadcast live on YouTube. You can watch every event (including a dedicated stream for the field events) by going to the BritishAthleticsTV account on YouTube.
