David Torrence Gets Sponsored By Hoka One One

RICHMOND, Calif. – Three-time USA Road Mile champion (2009-11) David Torrence has joined the HOKA ONE ONE elite athlete team. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, he is currently training with Jama Aden.

Torrence posted a personal best of 3:33.23 in the 1500m at the 2013 IAAF World Challenge in Rieti. In 2012, he was the fastest American miler at the Prefontaine Classic with a 3:52.01 personal record and won the Falmouth Mile in 3:55.79. Recently, Torrence was a member of the US relay team that set the 4x800m World Indoor Record (August 2014, 7:13.11).
