Today is the first day of real track action.

Much of the meet is on ESPN2, ESPNU and others in the ESPN Family in the US. We'll update the TV more formally.

The women's 10,000 was earlier today on ESPNU

Results are here:

big news so far today was women's 10k final won by Canada's Natasha Wodak in a PR of 31:55.

And in the women's 800. High school star Athing Mu only ran 2:07 and didn't advance. Not sure if she fell or what as we didn't see that race.

Men's 5000m final is at 7:45 eastern tonight

Disappointing for both Tab and Pagano. The both ran 31:5x in May
