I used to run so I could smoke when living places I couldn't smoke. When I moved to a place I could smoke at home, I stopped running as much.

However, I've since finally quit smoking entirely and boy does it feel good. If you are just doing easy runs and thinking "smoking isn't that bad," try going hard and get ready for the worst feeling ever.
