The men's C race (that has runners faster than the B race Euro runners) is scheduled for 5:15pm when it will be too hot for 10k running.
There is a huge pause in proceedings to hear from a guest speaker who speaks when conditions are best for running. The speaker is often very good, but I think the meet should focus on running fast - and those in the C race should get to run in better conditions. Especially as it is top tier British talent who get bumped to the C race as worse Euro runners get the B spots by virtue of being in the Euro cup.
Do people really come to listen to the guest speaker? I come to watch fast running.
Temperature expected to be 19 at the time you mention to drop down to 17, hardly a deal breaker. The meeting is normally in May but had to be delayed to accomodate for Doha being so late in the year.
