Does anyone have an approximate count for the number of races Kip cheated at? I'm trying to come up with a system for rating cheaters, based on number of races and age-graded results faked.

No idea how to work in things like fabricated races, and other people willing to testify and make threats on behalf of the cheater though.

Don't forget Kelly Agnew.
21 DQs

And 10 felony counts of fraud for stealing $50,000 from his employer.

Oh yeah, that guy is way up there. Amazing that he sat in a porta-pottie for hours on end, pretending to run. You have to want to cheat really, really badly if you're willing to sit in a fetid porta-pottie for 18 hours.

Well, as far as I can tell, only two serial cheaters have managed to translate their talents to other sports. That would be our own Frank, who managed to go from running cheat to triathlon cheat, and the truly legendary Julie Miller, who went from triathlon cheat to trail running cheat to mountain biking cheat.
