Regionals are at SLU this year and here are my predictions based off that.

RPI: Heavy favorite to win the region. Falasco, Dominaco, Jacques,Davis, and Kloman are all threats for top 10 at Regionals. I heard they want to win a national championship as well in Louisville this November but will they choke again at national like they usually do? Only time will tell.

SLU: Returns Evan Page who ran 30:39 at Bucknell this year. Combine that with Ogetti, Vielhauer, and Mortensen they should be competing for the win at regionals. If history tells us anything, SLU is an XC school and they will show up. They will get the second auto bid at Regionals on their home course.

Geneseo: Geneseo has a solid 4 runners (McAneny, Farnham, Sayre, Grossman) but they lack a 5th man. It will be a very close battle with SLU as they are comparable; however, I am giving SLU the upper hand as they will be running on their home course. If they find a 5th man, they will be #2 in the region.

RIT: In the past 2 years they show up at regionals so why not again?

My Predictions:
1. RPI
2. SLU
3. Geneseo
4. RIT

RPI is my favorite to win the region, followed by genny. they may not have a fifth guy right now but we all know Dan Moore figures out some way to pick up a freshman/find someone to come and play when their jerk-off squad comes to holler at these big meets. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if Genny wins regionals, but ill stick with them at second. And if we're bringing up SLU's xc history, how about when they dropped the ball in '16 (but somehow managed to punch their ticket) and then again in '18 when they brought THREE individuals but not a team. Brockport third, SLU/Oneonta for fourth. region takes four to the big dance.
