When Frank Meza got 2nd in the Runner's World 2014 Rankings for male runners aged 65-69, the guy ahead of him apparently achieved #1 on the basis of an outstanding mark of 18:29 5k. Funny to think that 18:29 was considered so good for an age 65-69 runner, given that when he was 5 years older, Meza would drop 2 5k's at that pace in DURING THE SAME MARATHON!
