Although It's not stated, I'm assuming you're a guy. (extremely good times if you're female!) I would increase your mileage by running more on the weekends. One day longer and the other day a bit less such as 8-10 on Saturday and 6-8 on Sunday. No need to go all out and hammer these runs but they should be at a good effort for the longer run and a little easier on the shorter run. If you start feeling drained during the week, drop the Sunday run and just use it as a rest day.
