Not to mention Hill and McGorty also have some very quick miles under their belt. I was digging and it turns out Derrick and Bumby actually have faster mile/1500 PRs than Kincaid, Scott, and Hughes, too.
Totally, I guess my thought was about whether it makes sense for him to train with guys whose focus is longer distances. But obviously it doesn't really matter, fast is fast and yes strength is speed. It's an exciting and potentially great move for him!
