It is not up to the NCAA, it is up to the school. I thought you knew the rules?

If Georgia doesn't release her, she can apply for a hardship exemption to compete immediately and she will likely get it.

The first appeal process (which she is doing now) goes through the school. The new NCAA rule still requires support of the school that she is leaving. If she doesn't get that, she's out of luck.

Yes the first appeal process, but if the school doesn't support it she can and will receive the NCAA hardship waiver. Instead of telling me I'm wrong, why don't you just go look up the rules.
