Concentrate on recovery between now and Wednesday. Give it a go on Wednesday. If your not feeling it, then postpone until Thursday and just turn Wednesday's run into a regular training run.

You're training for a Marathon. The training is quite normal as you described it. You should feel beat up right now. If you felt good your body would not adapt.
