I think Renato was asking with respect to your study that you found interesting, that HcT and VO2max can be increased with EPO. In the study, "All subjects agreed to maintain their level of physical activity unchanged throughout the trial period.", so training is both unassessed and unchanged.
Here's the original question in full, with many questions related to different training scenarios -- what is the effect of training on these variables in the study you found interesting:

Mindweak, one question only for you, without any polemics (I don't want to insult you, and you don't need to insult me) :
In the study, NEVER there is the word "Training".
So, I ask you : which is the role of training, looking at the same goals reached with rEPO administration ?
Because this is a research for normal and not trained people. So, what can happen with people in training ? And what happens with people at DIFFERENT level of training ? What with people not doing anything ? What with amateurs running 3 times per week 40' easy ? What with amateurs running 6 times per week for 1 hour at pace of 7' per mile ? What with athletes running every day 1 hour at a pace of 6' per mile ? What with athletes training 10 times per week running 1h20' at 6' per mile alternated with 10 km of short tests on track ? What with athletes training 13 times per week alternating 1h45' at 5'40" per mile with 12 km of short tests on track and 20 km of long tests on track or road ?
Do you think these different trainings can produce different changes in the body of the subject ?
And, if there is no any change, why increasing training they are able to improve ?
I'm curious to read your explanation. Thank you.
what is the effect of training? ...
i dont quite follow, ...
got to love that.....so nice we all have rekrunner to tell us what Renato is thinking
its the same annoying stupid rant. "but but but they arent trained"
and if the study is with trained runners, then you and the other deniers have this to say "but but but what about elite trained runners?"
let me ask YOU this rek, please if you CAN explain how a DRUG, created to trick the HUMAN body into making more EPO than was EVER natural for the body.....works for 99.9% untrained and trained people, but somehow some f*cking magically thing keeps it from working on .1% of the WORLDS population?
can you please come up with some concrete logical with PROOF on how that is besides your interpritation on what you THINK renato is talking about.
