If you actually want to lose pounds and be faster, then I recommend dropping the push ups or significantly reducing them. And you don't want rock hard abs. All that muscle requires fuel and oxygen, so it takes away from your efficiency. If you would stop focusing on looking hunkier, then you could probably get faster.
