King of blisters
RE: Cross-Canada record attempt, 7200K - 66 days. Current record by Al Howie 72 days

Well, most those events he has scheduled are basically part of his run though. Its not like he is running 108km then going off to some event for a couple hours 30 times. At the moment he does have all 66 days planned with i think the shortest being around 80km and as high as 150km days. With that said, I know him fairly well and think he would adjust accordingly if current schedule isn't working.

Also the 6 day race wasn't because he went out to fast...rather he had an infected blister which forced him to withdraw.

If Dave isn't able to talk care of his blisters, is even one more point of being concerned.
That brought even Al Howie down in the TransAm race in 1992 when he wasn't able to take care of his feet.
