His time was 4:41:55, passed through the marathon in 2:39

This is only 6:23 per mile (3:58) per kilometer, though in the latter part of the race he was reduced the pretty much jogging


First, there was at least 350 meters of uphill. That's really a challenge, if you have never tried it.

Second, Yuki broke the CR by like 7 minutes.

Third, 42 miles. With all that uphill. A huge lead. Jogging at the end sounds pretty good when it's "just a training run."
