Well I've been with my graduation celebrations and didn't have the time to be here regularly during the week.
I've seen the videos Smoove! Thank you for the data. I've done one of those also and they said the same thing about me: To try and keep my cadence in the 170-180 range and the other problems would subside. They really did and I think I have an healthy stride right now...
The week has been tough with a lot of events, running and swimming (I'm actually gonna do a Open Water course in the beginning of June...I confess I'm scared!) and I still have an V02Max progressive workout (2000m+1500m+1200m+1000m with 3'30 rest) to do today. And as my football team is playing today the cup final, I'm only gonna do it laaaate in the afternoon.
