Still improving- I do an easy 2 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down every run. On workout days I do some dynamic stretches after the first mile.
GT-I just looked up what you're talking about and it looks similar but I'll have more variation. I've been doing 3 sets of 10-12 so I decided I'd drop to 4 sets of 4-6. My buddy is a gym rat and he said to do 5 sets of 5. And also squat every session(which I'm not thrilled about)
