Also I had 2 other things to mention:
1.) I switched over to running exclusively in 1400s and Tracers this week - My lightest/least constructed shoes. No more Cliftons and Pegasuseseses until I can groove my stride without thinking about it again.
2.) I did NOT eat 10pcs of whole fruit a day for the past 6 weeks and somehow miraculously didn't gain weight either. Shocker, I know.
