RE: Training Log for a 2:30ish Boston Marathon 2018
First real marathon specific workout of the cycle tonight: 4 x 3200 on the track at 10:41 average with 2:00 passive rest. My other quality day will be an easy 20 miler this weekend. Should hit 85 miles for he week, hopefully 90.

Only 19 quality days left until the taper!
