I never said he isn't a good runner. It's a great time and a good run. I'm sure he is 1:43/1:44 material. If not faster.

The point I'm making is where is Rudisha, where is Bosse on that 600m indoor list? It has not been attacked by the big names over the years and so is weak. The WR should be in the 1:13.5 region.

I don't remember Korir doing that well against the big boys when it mattered neither.

Really? Korir goes from 1:46.9 in 2016 to 1:43.10 in 2017. He wins NCAAs (indoor and outdoor), Kenyan trials, Monaco...

...and because he only makes it to the WC semi final in mid August, you are unimpressed. How fast are you?

BTW: Bosse's indoor best is 1:15.63. He only has a 400m best of 47.54. (Korir' best is 44.53 and Saruni's best is 45.69).

This has nothing to do with how fast I am. Interesting of you to try and turn this into a personal issue.

It's also irrelevant how well he progressed in one year.

My statement was simply that his great time trial results mattered little when in a big championship.
As they rarely do.
I was correct and still am correct.

Yes Bosse's indoor best of 1:15.6 at 20 years old followed on from his 800m best that season of 1:45 or so. Even in the following outdoor season he ran 1:43.8 by late July.

Bosse ran 1:13.2 couple months before he didn't medal at the Olympics.

600m WB is weak indoors and out but especially indoors.
