From here on out I'll be hitting 70+ mpw and trying to settle back into a regular schedule of Monday speed, Thursday tempo, Saturday long/tempo.
Do you train alone for workouts? Thinking that I'll need to arrange more meetups for my workout days. For my last marathon I did nearly all of my workouts with a few guys all doing the same race within the same time range. And obviously in college I had training partners like 6 days a week.
