I think that is too much blood for a tiny cut, it drops down the side of her knee and this isn't a high blood flow area.
Also, if this came from the selfie video she did 1.5 hours after she claimed she fell, then the blood colour looks way too red, it should be much darker after oxidizing in the air for so long. Agreed. I've had similar blood trails on my leg after slipping on ice on a run. I didn't even know I had a cut until I got back and teammates were asking what happened. After cleaning off the blood, there was only the tinniest of a cut on my knee. I couldn't believe such a small cut produced so much blood.
