Now if you are genuine and really care about your cause and there are genuine expenses, then fine.
A "saving the bats" charity would need expenses to drive to collect injured bats and make bat houses etc
But she got donations to her "charity" based on lies. That is fraud.


It's not fraud until you prove she's taken any money. You're guessing.
