It really is a sad reflection on society.
Amy went and took on a massive challenge, made it the most public she could. Because Guinness guidelines are a bit fuzzy she did t get the record. We are trying to speak with Guinness but they don't have an appeal. Those that know us know we are 100% honest and trustworthy and now a small minority feel they can:
Question Amy's attempt
Call her a cheat
Tell her she is not a good runner
Body shame her
Question Amy and myself' integrity
And now question out charity and the money raised and where and IF we have given money to people or pocketed it.
We have been open and honest from day one maybe we made a mistake? Maybe Guinness have but because Guinness release a statement people take that as gospel. They have made many mistakes before why not now?
It is at the point now where I have had to take the decision to get a legal team involved.
We accept that when you have a public profile you are open to criticism (constructive is fine) but vile bullies questioning us and our charity will not be tolerated.
I wonder if I named and shamed them on social media and they got loads of incoming what the reaction would be?!
