That's to be said if a coach has already been hired for an opening. I think he's referring to himself getting a job offer. If these positions aren't announced as filled, are they still open or is it just not announced yet?
I would say most of these jobs aren't filled and they don't have a coach already hired. The real hiring starts in August.
