Talley can coach circles around most college coaches. He is a proven winner. Most college coaches have never won anything when they get a job, he knows how to build to win. Quit acting like the top high school coaches wouldn't compete immediately with you guys. They would. They just don't want to get paid $33000 a year and have 2 scholarships to work with.
The more important question is why did Weber St. go from a combined program back to a separate program? Did they think so highly of Talley that they created a position just to bring him in?
