Depends on the runner. Someone who races well at 1500/5k will probably be slower than a 10k specialist with the same PR. Think Alan Webb vs. Ryan Hall in their primes (Wow, that is sad to write). On average, though, I'd say 2:06-2:09 under ideal conditions and assuming no extra marathon training. Give them time to prepare for it though and that will drop. You see more young guys moving to the marathon right away now because there's more $ in it.
