RE: 10:10 3200, what mile time should I go for?
I ran 4:46, I felt good on the first lap and split 70, with the goal to go make a move on the 2nd and third laps. 2nd lap I hit 2:22 for the 800 and I was planning on moving up more on the 3rd lap but found myself boxed in and I hit 73 as everyone else around me slowed down. Last lap I was able to move up a bit and ran 70 but I'm not the best kicker. I felt like I could've gone faster as I wasn't too tired at the end of the race but what happens happens.
