10:10 3200, what mile time should I go for?
Hi, I'm a high school junior who has just run 10:10 for the 3200, and I have a 1600m race coming up next week. I haven't ran an all out 1600 yet so I don't know what time to seed myself in. I'm more of an endurance guy than a speed guy but not by too much. Any ideas on what times I should be looking at?
