I'll keep this in mind, thank you! I do believe I could crack 16 (provided I was not injured).
I generally have more success in longer races such as the 5k, but I have been working at strength and will definitely start doing some 800 reps to get some money in the bank before the season starts. My 400 is definitely my weak point, as I could hardly hit a 56 last season, although I think even now I can run faster than that so hopefully that won't be a problem with some training.
Hill sprints I haven't done yet out of laziness, but god knows I should, so thank you for that one. I'll keep the pacing in mind too, there is a time trial coming up in March so I'll see if I can come close to it.
