What story? You didn't dispute any of my statements.
And the data show that the guys ran their world records on the track from 1998 - 2005 (all Olympic events from 1500 - 10000 m).
And they also show that for example Ramzi couldn't have been caught from 2005 - 2007 despite several attempts and his obvious EPO/CERA doping.

So, why are you arguing with me? I responded to you with "correct - but...', remember. So I agreed with you, but added some facts to the discussion, including how easily one could get away with blood-doping in 2007.
