Congratulations on a nice 30-second PR. Don't obsess over the times right now. That's a tough workout so close to a race, and your body needs a week or more to absorb the gains in fitness. Just keep racing hard and work on sustaining pace in the second mile, and there will be more PRs ahead.
Ignore people who tear you down. It won't help you or them.
Thanks I guess I've been so obsessed with the workout I forgot to take a step back and realize I ran 30 seconds faster than I ever have before. Thanks for the advice.
