I'm sure the splits are correct because I have a gps watch and the times matched up with my coaches watch. The workout was Thursday and the race was Saturday, that probably had an effect on the race. Am I more of a middle distance runner? My Pr's are 5:30 and 12:10 on the track for 1600 and 3200. I'm faster now though and I think I could run 5:25 and 11:50.
